Description
Banana blossom in Brine are tender white hearts of the unopened crimson tear shaped banana flower.
It is used as a vegetable in most of Cambodia, Thai, Vietnamese and Filipino cuisines. It can be eaten raw or cooked and also can be added to salads and soups.
