Mae Pranom Papaya Salad Dressing

Use as a salad dressing for Som Tum Pla Ra (Papaya salad with fermented fish). Add to papaya salad to enhance fermented fish flavour and aroma. This can also be used to season north-eastern Thai style dishes.
